The other guy who wrote the review in regards to the tastes was about dead on, my thoughts exactly. You can pick up boxes like this from Costco for about the same price and I'll tell you this: The Yogurt peanut crunch is a delicious delight. It tastes like a candy bar, and I'd choose it over a milky way or snickers bar any day.On the flip side, every ying must have it's yang. The double chocolate crunch tastes like what evil must taste like. What I'm assuming they do is take the crap they have to scrape from the underside of the machines that make the other two bars, mix it with clay, and cram in the package to avoid paying any taxes on toxic waste. They're good for if you would like to give a friend a doorstop, or keep them laying around the house to fight off burglars with, since eating these is more painful then a brick to the face.In summary: Yogurt peanut crunch: Delightful and nutritious.Peanut butter: MehDouble Chocolate: solidified, condensed rat turds.

Have to take if for a while but then everybody starts mentioning how great your hair looks and how it is so healthy. My husband had the bald patch a.t the top of his head and now he has hair. I love adding a teaspoon or even a tablespoon to my water bottle and sip throughout the day. It gives me better energy, and offsets my stress. I would not want to live without my Max Stres B.... doesn't taste bad. It tastes a little like nutritional yeast, in a way. Worth it!

I recently bought this (vanilla flavor) in conjunction with a workout supplement and it's been wonderful so far. The taste is excellent, and the texture is quite good on the whole. I've found that depending on whether you're mixing it with water or skim milk, you'll get a little difference in the consistency. When mixing with skim milk, the shake is thicker and there's a tendency for the powder to form a few little clumps that don't dissolve all the way - these are pretty negligible though and don't bother me at all. When mixing with water, you usually don't get any clumps, but the consistency is thin and the taste is a little more bland (still good though!).I have one shake mixed with skim milk in the morning with breakfast, and one shake mixed with water in the early evening after a long workout before I eat dinner. Drinking a shake before meals really does wonders for appetite suppression - you'll feel full and end up eating a lot less. If you're looking to lose weight and get in better shape, protein shakes are a must, and I highly recommend TwinLab Whey Protein Fuel.
